Material:
250 gr snapper fillets, cut into small
A chicken egg btr 100 grams of starch
A little salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
Oil for frying
Taoco seasoning ingredients:
1 slice ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons mashed taoco
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
250 ml broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 pcs red chilli deseeded and sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method:
1. Fish were given lime juice, stir, salt, let stand for several minutes.
2. Dip the fish into the beaten egg, then smear to starch.
3. Heat oil in a wok, fry the fish until dry and lightly browned, remove from heat.
